The Green Valley Country by ViVÁ can accomodate 25 to 500 guests indoors in its spacious Grand Ballroom and Sunroom, featuring one of the areas largest wooden dance floors with a stage, fireplace and two bars. For premier outdoor wedding receptions and special events, the Green Valley Country Club offers a 6,000 square foot seasonal Chateau Tent beautifully set on 26 acres in the shaded rolling meadows of rural Sinking Spring. The elegant new Chateau is the perfect setting for outdoor weddings for up to 300 guests and is ideal for traditional picnic lunch and dinner buffets, clam bakes, surf ‘n turf dinner buffets.
ViVÁ offers fabulous menus for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail food buffets; and offers “white-glove” full-service, butlered hors d’ouevres, special displays and serving stations (meat carving, pasta, omelettes, or desserts), along with alcoholic beverage packages. All menus and packages are available for ViVÁ’s full-service or buffet catering to any other site of your choice.
